How to consign a vehicle with I-44 Auto Auction

• Basic Vehicle information, including Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
• Minimum of 8 Photos that MUST include Front ¾, Rear ¾ ,Side, Interior, Engine, VIN, Trim Tag, and Odometer- Plus detail shot showing things like flaws, blemishes, undercarriage and other close-up highlights.

(I-44 Auto Auction has many online bidders who won’t be seeing your vehicle in person so these will be an important sales tool)

• All late titles must be disclosed

• RED LIGHT:  A red light means AS IS, WHERE IS.  A red light also means that the buyer assumes all risk and liability for any repairs or issues that the vehicle has.   Some vehicles may or may not meet state regulations.

 All vehicles are sold on a red light.
 
Vehicles purchased From I-44 Auto Auctions are not eligible for temporary/transport plates.

 Vehicles that are sold with Bill of Sale will be announced on auction block.

Keys, Gate Pass, Title or Bill of Sale will be issued once vehicle is paid in full.
NO VEHICLES will be released until auction is completed.

All vehicles must be removed from auction premises no later than 2 hours following the auction. If any vehicle is not removed by the Buyer or Transport prior to this time, I-44 Auto Auction may have the vehicle removed from the premises and transported and/or stored with a reliable carrier. Buyer shall be responsible and liable for any and all towing, storage and labor charges.
 

REQUIREMENTS FOR BID NUMBER

• You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a bidder number
•  Cash deposit of $500.00 (Without Letter of Guaranty)
•   Deposit is refundable when a vehicle is not purchased.
